Property Accounting Manager – Go Store It

We're looking for a sharp, driven Accounting Manager to lead our property management accounting team. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financials, optimizing month-end processes, and supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and coach a team of senior and property accountants

- Oversee full-cycle accounting for real estate entities
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
- Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals & more
- Record key transactions (sales, purchases, refinancing)
- Process AP and manage intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for investors and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams
- Support audits, tax prep, and due diligence efforts
- Drive process improvements and support operational excellence

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required (CPA a big plus!)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with Yardi (property + investment accounting modules preferred)
Strong leadership skills — you know how to manage, mentor, and motivate
Excellent communication and time management abilities
